Website + Mobile App (1.84) - 20 March 2023

Website + Mobile App (1.84) - 20 March 2023

We've recently rolled out some updates and bug fixes.

 In App/Push Notification

You can now set up an in app or push notification for certain dates that matter to centres, rooms and people.
The ticket resolver/opener can also be notified via this feature as well as the existing email notification.

For further details, please have a look at Notifications article.

Checklists are much easier to find now on the register page

Checklists can be scheduled, have different expiry dates and can be done ad-hoc. They are now much easier to search for using our improved search function as you can filter down the checklists based on their scheduled or submission date.

To find out how to use this function, have a look at our updated Checklist Register Article.

In App attachments are available on the incident page

Documents could only be uploaded via the admin portal (https://secure.1placeonline.com) page whenever you want to attach the documents to an incident report. This can now be achieved via the mobile/web app. Simply scroll down to the bottom of the incident report and tap on a paper clip icon to attach any documents.
(note: at this time we don't accept media files such as .mp4, .mov, .mp3, .wov etc.)

After you've uploaded the document, you can then tap on the file name to add a comment.

Gallery Photo(s) now allow you to add a comment too.

Both options of Gallery photos and attachments can be switched on and off via the admin portal page > Health & Safety > Incident Types. You have the option to allow photos and attachments, as below:

Bug fixes

1. Kidsoft Integration (Australia) - contacts' priority is now read correctly. This means that priority 1 and 2 contacts will be imported to 1Place as Emergency Contacts 1 & 2.

2. SSO Login issues when changing email address have been fixed.

3. The issue with duplicate incidents when tickets are attached has been fixed.

4. Incident Email templates page loading issue has been fixed.

5. Deactivated centers/rooms will no longer be included in the existing checklist schedules. This means that when the center/room has closed down temporarily and come back open, no checklists show as overdue for the duration of close down.

As usual, feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
