Where do I find my notifications?

1. On the Web page or the mobile/web app

You now see the bell icon at the top. This is where you can check all your notifications.

You see the same icon on your mobile/web app


If you click on the icon, you can view a list of notifications and you can click on it to go to the related page as well.


2. Push Notification on your device, even if you aren't on the app/website

On your mobile device (Smartphone, Tablet):
When you download the app version 1.84 or higher, allow notification:


If you're logged in and you're involved in any of the ticket workflow/notification rule, you'll get a notification. Some examples below:
In App
Snackbar notification
Lock Screen
Home Screen/Notification Bar




Desktop/Web Notification
Check if your notification is already allowed for 1Place website (https://secure.1placeonline.com).
You can check/turn on the notification from your browser:


If you turn on the notifications, it'll then ask you to reload the page. Click "Reload":


This applies the same if you're on the web app (https://app.1placeonline.com).

If you're logged in and you're involved in any of the ticket workflow/notification rule, you'll get a notification. Some examples below:

If you have your Desktop notifications turned on via Windows/Mac settings, you'll also receive a notification even if you're not on the website:
  
You may wish to turn on the desktop notifications via Windows/Mac Settings > Notifications:

*Note: you may have restricted access to the settings of your computer. Please discuss with your system administrator in that case.

What can I be notified on, and how do I set it up?

1. Notified on any important dates that are preliminary linked to either;
  1. Centers/centres/services (or Stores, Franchisee etc.)
  1. Rooms/sessions/areas (or Departments, Sites etc.)
  1. People/Children/Staff (if People Module is turned on for your account)
2. Anyone involved in the ticket workflow, as a ticket creator, opener, resolver and/or closer.

For further details on setting up the customized notification rules, please contact your Client Success Manager or the support team.

2. Ticket notification can be updated via ticket categories.

      i. Click on the category you wish to modify notification setting for.

      ii. Scroll down to "Email Rule" and you now find "Use App Notification".
      Anyone involved in the workflow and to be notified receive push notification as well as email notification.
      If you wish to use only Email notification, you can untick the checkbox of "Use App Notification"
