What's new?

✔ More labels to customise your 1Place instance are now available. You can now rename the Statuses of Tickets / Incidents and Checklists. All options have been added to the following page: Settings > Customise Labels.

✔ We've created a new Report that allows you to get all photos that have been attached to Tickets, as well as the Checklist that was attached to the Ticket. 

✔ For our US / Australian customers: we now have an Integration with Kangarootime. This means the child data will sync into 1Place, making it easier to complete and share Incident / Accident / Illness forms. Talk to your CSM for more information.

✔ Other tweaks and fixes

1. We've improved our recent changes to track unanswered questions, enabling this for all Question Types.

2. Incident Categories are now alphabetically sorted instead of by creation date.

3. The 'Health and Safety Help' for Incident Categories is now available when using 'Special Workflows' (EG the Category is visible on the 'Details Tab'.).
