Enjoy a fresh, intuitive menu bar design. Each item is now logically placed, ensuring a smoother navigation experience.
👀 Major changes:
- Reporting: Access all your Dashboards, Email Reports and Excel Reports here.
- Checklists: All checklist-related features are now located here. The previous “Checklist Action -Dashboard” has been moved from Reporting and renamed as the “Checklist To-Do List”.
- Existing menus like the Franchisee (Centre/Service/Center), Site (Room) and People Manager have been moved to the Settings menu.
- If you don't have access to a particular menu, you'll still see the buttons, but it will appear greyed out. You'll also receive a message: "You don't have permission to access this menu. Please contact your administrator."
You can now block out specific dates, date ranges and recurring dates that should be ‘excepted’ from checklist schedules. No more unnecessary checklists going overdue!
It’s
simple as a breeze to set checklist exception calendars. Here is
how.
*Please note that this feature applies immediately on schedule that’s created after exception dates are set. Existing schedules may not pick up the exception dates up to 30 days from the day you set the exception dates, and checklists may still appear on your Checklists To Do / Overdue Checklists.

1) Franchisees (Centers/Services/Centres) and Sites (Rooms/Areas) are relocated to the menu section. Simply tap on the hamburger menu icon to pull up the menu bar to find them. Once you select the franchisee, only the sites that are linked to the franchisee will be displayed.
Once the Franchisee (in this example, "Centre A") is selected, "Rooms" will be displayed, and only the sites related to Centre A appear under Rooms 👉👉👉 |
3) Introducing the 'Filter' option in the Checklist tab! Now you can hide Checklists that aren't meant for you to complete. This feature streamlines your view, focusing only on the Checklists relevant to your tasks while still retaining those necessary for reporting purposes.
Here’s how it works:
- Apply: you can apply a filter temporarily, once you leave this page, it will be unfiltered.
4) We've improved the Incidents tab to meet the Health & Safety requirements. Incidents are now grouped into two sections:
1. Unsigned Incidents: This section includes incidents that have a tracked signature panel but have not yet been signed off. Keep track of these incidents that require a signature.
2. Other Incidents: Here, you'll find incidents that have been signed off but are yet to be resolved, or incidents that do not require a signature.
As usual, feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
