What's new?

 'Live Updates' will be available for the 1Place App!

From version 1.83, the majority of the bug fixes/enhancements will be updated within the 1Place App, called "Live Updates".
This means that you can check if any updates are available anytime while you're using the 1Place App, rather than checking in the App Store/Google Play Store/Amazon Store.

Live Updates enable us to deliver enhancements and bug fixes quicker to the end users, while normal App Updates can take up to 48 hours till it's available in the App Stores.

This feature is available once you download our newest App version, 1.83.

Once you have download 1.83, please follow the steps below to check any updates available:

1. Click on the cloud icon and you should see the following dialogue pop up:


2. Click on the "UPDATE APP" button to download and update the app. If you don't see the "update app" button click on the "Check for updatesbutton.


3. Once you click on the "update app" button you will see the download status where is currently says "update available"
Once the download is completed the app will restart.
When the app is restarted you can click on the cloud icon to confirm. If the "Build Version" has changed like below, it has been successfully updated.


Note: If you are usually using the PWA (the Web App) on your browser, this won't be applicable as it automatically gets updated to the newest version.

 Security prompts now appear when logging in on iOS/iPad OS devices

From this version, 1.83, any iOS/iPad user will see the below pop up window on the screen, when logging in:

This is a security prompt issued by Apple. Your information is NOT shared publicly. It will only be used by 1Place and Single Sign On systems if used by your organisation, such as Microsoft etc..

When you tap "continue", the login pop up window appears, and you can login as normal:

 Survey can be sent to more than one email address now

i. More than one email address can be assigned as receivers of the survey responses


When setting up a new survey via a Checklist Templates page, you can now add more than 1 email address there, as well as picking the 1Place Users. Please make sure to press the green "+ Add" button, when you enter the email addresses that aren't registered in the 1Place system.

ii. Survey respondents can now add more than one email address to receive a copy of their responses

1. When the respondent submits the survey, they can tick off the checkbox "Send a copy to my email"
2. Add Email addresses in the next screen; The delimiter to enter multiple email addresses is a comma
3. When the respondent can see 3 email addresses all separated, they are all successfully added, then they can press "SEND EMAIL"

Other tweaks and fixes

1. Signature in the dynamic data list/grid now shows in the PDF checklist report

Previously it only showed 'signed' / 'unsigned', when checklist was exported in a PDF format. Now the signature itself will display in the PDF checklist report.

2. Errors of some question types in the checklist showing wrong completion icon are now fixed

Since the last release, there were a few question types that the completion marking/icons weren't working correctly, that were "Select Many", " Dynamic Data List" and "Dynamic Data Grid". They are now showing the icons and marks appropriately:
