Currently the newest version is 1.83.1, and the majority of the bug fixes/enhancements is being updated within the 1Place App, via "Live Updates".
This means that you can check if any updates are available anytime while you're using the 1Place App, rather than checking in the App Store/Google Play Store/Amazon Store.
1. Click on the cloud icon and you should see the following dialogue pop up:
2. Click on the "UPDATE APP" button to download and update the app. If you don't see the "update app" button click on the "Check for updates" button.
3. Once you click on the "update app" button you will see the download status where is currently says "update available"
Once the download is completed the app will restart.
When the app is restarted you can click on the cloud icon to confirm. If the "Build Version" has changed like below, it has been successfully updated.
Note: If you are usually using the PWA (the Web App) on your browser, this won't be applicable as it automatically gets updated to the newest version.
✔ Email Templates
You can now set up an Incident email templates and customize the language in the subject and body as appropriate.
Set up your customized template
Go to the Settings then click on the "Email Templates" in the dropdown.:
Click on the green "New Email Template" button:
You can then create your own customized email template for different incident types (or all).
- You can choose the incident type you want to apply this email template for (you can select multiple incident types)
- You can apply place holders (merge fields), such as the affected person's name (e.g. child's name, employee name), 1Place User (your username), Incident (the name of this incident form, e.g. "Injury"), and the incident number.
Place holders can be applied to both on subject and the body, by clicking each of them. - You can attach your organization logo at the end of the email by selecting "Attach Logo". If your center/store has its own logo uploaded, this automatically gets pulled in, otherwise your general organization logo will be displayed.
Once finished, "Save".
Using the Email Templates
Now getting on the PWA or the mobile app try to submit the incident and select "Send Incident via email?":
The template you set comes up, and anywhere you inserted the place holders populate data that you entered in the incident form.:
The recipient receives the below email:
Your logo is displayed at the bottom of the email.
✔ "Text Area" field in the Incident Form now appears as a box, rather than a line
The text area appears as a box so you can easily tell which field allows for longer character entry.

2. The correct ticket workflow are now visible on the mobile app.
Some tickets on pending weren't reflected on the "Tickets " Tab on the mobile app. This is now fixed to display the tickets correctly:
