We've recently rolled out some updates, tweaks and bug fixes to both the website and mobile app. These changes are live on the website and with the latest version of the mobile app (1.74) which is now available on all platforms.
What's new:
- Question Attachments; we now allow Users to upload files against questions in the Checklist (PDF, Word, Excel etc). When creating / updating a Checklist Template you can now choose to allow / don't allow / have mandatory photos or comments or attachments. There's also an option to disable 'Group Photos' (App only) on a Template level.
Bug fixes:
- Users can now edit or remove initial photo comments.
- When no sort order for Franchisees / Sites is set, we'll sort alphabetically.
- We've fixed some issues with the Franchisees / Sites Uploader.
- The Date format for US / Canadian clients has now been fixed.
- We've fixed bugs for Surveys and the layout when switching between Groupings.
- Conditional Questions within a Data List can now be removed.
- The 'Checklist as a Whole' graph for Email Reports has been fixed, showing average scores instead of sums.
- In Health & Safety when the Injury Type is set to 'Other', you can now type again in the text field that appears.
- The 'Ticket Summary' on your Dashboards are now showing the correct numbers of Tickets.
