Website + Mobile App (1.68) - 16 April 2020
We've recently rolled out some substantial updates, tweaks and bug fixes to both the website and mobile app.
These changes are live on the website and with the latest version of the mobile app (1.68) which is now available on all platforms.
What's new:
- We have added a new checklist question type called the 'Dynamic Data List'.
- This feature is useful when there is a set of questions which need to be answered multiple times.
- It is functionally similar to the Dynamic Data Grid, however instead of displaying sub-questions in a horizontally-scrolling table/grid, the Dynamic Data List stacks the sub-questions vertically in a series of lists.
- Most question types are supported as sub-questions in a Dynamic Data List, including new question types like Conditional Rules and Subtotals.
- Numerous drop-down lists on the web portal have been improved to make them searchable and multi-selectable.
- The Summary Tickets Excel Report can now include checklist data if the ticket category has an attached checklist template.
- The Email Subject for Tickets has been updated to contain more useful details (Franchisee / Site name + Ticket Priority).
Bug fixes:
- On the My Users page, users can now search for users with all statuses (Active, Locked & Inactive) rather than just one status at a time.
- The Incident Notifications user pick list will no longer show duplicates.
- The field size for a Text question on the web browser has been expanded so all entered data can be read.
- Attributes can now be created without having to assign any Franchisees or Sites right away.
- PDF reports will now display 2 & 3-byte Emojis and symbols, though they may appear in black-and-white.
- Special characters can now be used in the subject line of email reports without causing an error.
- When saving an Email Report without adding a recipient, you now get a warning message without losing your report.
- Reactivating an inactive Profile no longer shows an error message.
- The Profile page now allows you to link 'Archived' Sites to a Profile.
- You can now print a Ticket PDF Report if a PDF file has been attached to a Ticket.
- We've fixed an issue with the Permission to 'Access Aliases / Attributes'.
- Completion widgets in email reports will now show the correct label headings for Sites.
