Website + Mobile App (1.67) - 5 February 2020

We've recently rolled out some substantial updates, tweaks and bug fixes to both the website and mobile app. 
These changes are live on the website and with the latest version of the mobile app (1.67) which is now available on all platforms.

What's new:
  1. New ‘Conditional Rule’ feature (in beta) allows users to configure certain questions to appear based on specific responses to previous questions
  2. New ‘Subtotal’ question type, which can be used to summarise the scoring from a set of specific questions in a checklist
  3. A variety of UI enhancements and tweaks to the Template Builder
  4. New design for automated emails (tickets, incidents and checklist reminders)
  5. For tickets with checklists attached, photos which are added in the checklist now also appear in the ticket under the ‘attachments’ section
  6. The checklist settings/options page has a new layout with better wording to help users understand what each setting achieves. All options are now unticked by default.
  7. Signature questions are no longer scored by default.
  8. Reassign tickets page: users can now select who will be notified when a ticket is reassigned.

Bug fixes:
  1. US date format inconsistencies resolved
  2. Resolved an issue with multiple photo comments not showing on the web app
  3. Ticket categories list now appears in alphabetical order as intended
  4. Fixed some bugs with custom labels not showing correctly
  5. Fixed a bug where question label colours were not showing on the web
  6. Resolved an issue where removing rows in a dynamic datagrid could break the linkage to attached photos.
  7. Added a 'back' button on several pages where it was missing
