Website + Mobile App (1.66) - 13 December 2019
We have recently released some more updates, tweaks and bug fixes to both the website and mobile app.
These changes are live on the website and with the latest version of the mobile app (1.66) which is now available on all platforms.
What's new:
- Profiles in the 'My Users' page are now hyperlinked so they can be accessed from this screen.
- The 'Checklist Due This Week' section has been removed from 1Place. As we can now add 'Grace Periods' to Schedules, there was no longer a requirement for this section.
- Grid lines have been added around the Attributes in the Template Builder, making it easier to identify which Attribute each checkbox belongs to.
- Attributes in the Template Builder are now sorted alphabetically.
- A 'Back' button has been added to each of the Franchisee or Site tabs on the website. When using the 'Back' button, you will be taken back to the Franchisee / Site Manager, and all filters set previously are still active.
- The checklist details fields for creating/editing a checklist on the website have been reordered make them more logical and consistent with the app. This also allows the checklist name to pre-populated based on the template name, so the user doesn't have to manually type it in.
- The Mobile App will now show the Checklist Score (%) and the number of Unanswered Questions on the submission success window.
- On the Mobile App, the 'Checklists To Do' section is now collapsed by default, ensuring users see they might have Overdue Checklists.
- PWA version of the mobile app which can now be used from most browsers on many devices
Bug fixes:
- The 'Inactive Incident Report' now shows the Site name, rather than duplicating the incident name
- Issues with loading the Health & Safety Dashboard have been fixed
- Multiple photos are able to be added as checklist attachments
- An issue with the 'Show More' button on the App Dashboard has been fixed
- Changed the sort order for 'Checklists To Do' on the Site/Franchisee dashboard so that it now shows by date (ascending), to make it consistent with the main dashboard.
