Website + Mobile App (1.62) - 19 July 2019

We've been steadily rolling out a series of updates, tweaks and bug fixes to both the website and mobile app. 
These changes are now live on the website and with the latest version of the mobile app (1.62) which will become available to you in the next couple of days if it hasn't already.


What's New:
  1. Dashboards, email reports and schedules can now be configured to update dynamically based on aliases.
  2. Checklist templates and ticket categories can now be locked to only appear at franchisee or site level.
  3. A new ticket category setting allows you to choose whether or not content from an associated checklist will pre-populate a ticket (for checklist-attached and automated "pop up" tickets).
  4. Incidents can now be created when the mobile app when the device is offline.
  5. Sites / franchisees can now have multiple email addresses in the main contact 'Email To' field.
  6. Schedule grace periods ('within days') can now be edited after the schedule has been created.
  7. Automated "pop up" tickets will now have a locked category and a locked due-date (if applicable, based on priority setting).
  8. The layout of the new ticket page has been slightly tweaked on the website to reduce backtracking and make it more similar to the mobile app.
Bug Fixes:
  1. The due date priority setting for ticket categories can now be removed by resetting values to 0.
  2. Fixed an issue with email address validation where new email addresses couldn't be registered if they contained a '+'.
  3. Replaced the missing checkbox on the 'New User' page which specifies whether to send a password update email.
  4. Fixed the broken link in the password update email.
  5. Fixed ticket pages so that they will correctly sort by ticket date and created date.
  6. Addressed an inconsistency with pluralisation of tab labels for the top level ('franchisee') object.
  7. Fixed the issue where you had to save twice when editing the site/franchisee sort order.
  8. Increased character limit for injury type field.
  9. Fixed an issue where updating a schedule to use dynamic aliases would break connection to the checklists.
  10. Fixed an issue where copying a template disabled the automated tickets inside it.
  11. Default sort on the user page is back to being A-Z rather than Z-A.
  12. Historical checklists are now fully hidden on both the web and mobile app if their template is inactive.
  13. Fixed drop down on new site page which didn't follow the site sort-order.
