We've recently rolled out some updates, tweaks and bug fixes to the 1Place Web Portal. A mobile app release will be out in the coming days.

What's new:
  1. Access control has been moved out of profiles and into the user-level.
    Profiles are now only related to permissions, meaning you can have fewer, more generic profiles but also still maintain granular control of users' access to sites.
  2. The user uploader now allows you to both download & upload the user list via excel spreadsheet. This allows for bulk edits of users' details, similar to the other uploaders in the system.
  3. Added the ability to track incident custom fields, so that they can appear in the Incident History tab for auditing purposes.
  4. New endpoints for Incidents in the Client API.
  5. New optional 'People' entity (not available for all instances yet).
  6. External_ID field has been added to checklist excel reports.
  7. New widget for tracking unsigned incident signatures

Bug fixes:
  1. Fixed password reset page to display proper validation for new passwords.
  2. Normal users now see archived hazards on incident page.
  3. Fixed some issues with the profile uploader/downloader.
