We've recently rolled out a series of updates, tweaks and bug fixes to our web portal.
What's new:
- New ‘Survey’ functionality which allows you to generate a unique link to a 1Place checklist template.
- The generated link is available in both URL and QR Code form.
- 1Place checklists with a survey link can be shared with external personnel, visitors etc allowing you to collect information without requiring everyone to have a 1Place login.
- Users also won’t need to download the app, as the survey can be completed in an app-like interface via a web browser which works on both PC or mobile devices.
- Example use-cases include: visitor screening forms, customer feedback forms, employee surveys.
Bug fixes:
- Added missing validation in the checklist builder for conditional rules triggered by ‘Select’ questions - one or more answer options must now be selected.
- Fixed a bug related to site checklists in the summary dashboard.
- Tickets will no longer show at the bottom of PDF reports when the ‘Show Tickets’ flag is unticked.
- Deactivated custom fields no longer appear when creating new site/franchisee records.
- Resolved an issue where in certain cases removing dynamic data grid/list rows could shift the row positions out of order and cause API errors for the ‘/checklists’ endpoint.
