New features in the Web portal

"People Manager"  has improved its function; no more typing children/staff details!

*Please get in touch with the support team (support@1placeonline.com) or your dedicated consultant to enable this function
  1. By loading children, staff and service providers' data on 1Place using "People Manager" function, some of their details can now automatically be completed in your incident/accident form.
  2. Information input fields are customizable depending on what information is required for the children/staff. E.g. gender, age, email address for their emergency contacts or their caregivers, enrolment date, date of birth etc.
  3. Email address that is linked to the children or staff data can be auto-populated and you can send a copy of the form by 1 click if need be.
Here is how it looks once they're set up:

How to search people and look up information in the app

On the mobile app/PWA, go to the menu, click/tap on "People" > filter by Sites (Rooms) and/or Person Type to narrow down your search:

You can search by the name of the person you're searching for as well:

If you click on the person's name, you can look up their details, such as their addresses, email, emergency contacts, allergy information etc. Some of the fields are customizable to your needs.:

When you are completing the incident form, simply select person/people from the drop down list under "People", then Name of Affected person will be auto-filled. Fill out the rest of the form as usual.

This way, you no longer have to type their names up manually and the names are kept consistent, and it makes a lot easier to search the person's incident:

You can also send a copy of the incident form to the person's email or the person's emergency contact. In the below example, it pre-populates the email of the person's emergency contact:
