You can switch between filters by clicking the arrows next to the date range as seen below.
A filter can be set as a default view by clicking Edit next to the scroll bar, and selecting the view required to be Set as Default.
Dashboard Buttons
You can switch between Configurations by selecting the icon as shown below.
Dashboard filter Icons can be arranged in a preferred sequence by selecting 'Configure' on the Dashboard view.
The icons created can be dragged and dropped into their preferred positions.
Up to 12 views can be created. Select to return to the Summary Dashboard.
'Completion' and 'Score' tab
Once the results have loaded on your Dashboard you can switch between the 'Completion' tab and the 'Score' tab.
The 'Completion' tab will show you if Checklists were (partially) completed or not:
- Green Tick; the Checklist was fully completed
- Orange Status Bar; the Checklist was partially completed
- Red 'X'; the Checklist was not Completed (please note that the red 'X' will only appear when you've added the correct Checklist Schedule in your filter.
The 'Score' tab will show the following information:
- The amount of High Priority Tickets per Franchisee / Site;
- The amount of Checklists submitted;
- The average Score for the submitted Checklists;
- The amount of unanswered questions within the Checklists;
