New feature in Mobile app

Time & Date/Time field added in incident forms

1. Previously the time was needed to be manually typed in. With this new feature, you can enter the time a lot easier!

1. To enable this feature, modification on the web admin portal is required.
   

1. Settings > Custom Fields > +Add Custom Field

2. Create a new custom field by selecting DateTime or Time, make sure to choose where to display “Health & Safety incident Type...”

3. Move onto "Health & Safety" > Incident Types then click on the incident type you would like to edit to replace custom fields: 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
4. Replace the old custom fields in the incident/illness/accident form(s) with the added custom fields:
   

Multiple photos can be uploaded at once in checklists/incident forms

1. Previously photos needed to be added one by one from your device photo gallery, when attaching more than one photo while filling out a checklist or an incident form.
1. Now you can multi-select the photos (max.10) from your gallery and upload them all at once!
   

Note: This feature may not be activated on your accounts. If you need access to this feature, please follow the instructions below to turn it on:

Photos can be removed from an existing checklist

1. Previously once photos are attached and checklist is submitted, they could not be removed afterwards
2. Now you can remove them when editing the completed checklists
   

Taking photos from the photo comment dialog

1. Previously when taking multiple photos, you needed to save the photo comment and click on the photo icon to repeat the same process
1. Now you can continuously take photos within a photo comment dialog by clicking “Save & Photo”!
   

New feature in Web portal

Column stacked graph now available in Email report

1. You can now choose between a regular column graph and a column stacked graph!
1. Benefit of a column stacked graph is you can see your data in a more compact view (more vertical whereas a regular column graph is more horizontal).

Bulk password reset

1. Previously when any users’ passwords needed a reset, that needed to be done one by one
1. Now Super Users can reset more than one users’ passwords at the same time by using this feature.

1. Settings > My users > “Update Password”

2. Shift the user from the left box to the right, then enter your super user password, create a new temporary password for them, then save.

Bug fixes & Improvements

Hazard register

1. The error that occurred when the numeric value entered in “risk score” has now been fixed!

Incident Column report (in dashboard)

1. Number of incidents are shown much clearer within the graphs.
   
2. Sum of incidents now shown in the data label.
   

Checklist Schedule based on aliases

1. When new franchisees and/or sites (also often called centers/centres/services/schools/branches and/or rooms/articles etc.) are added to alias(es), the checklist did not schedule against added rooms/sites/services.
1. They are now included to the schedule automatically as soon as they’re added to the alias(es).
