The Dashboard creation is similar to the Summary Dashboard creation.
To start the creation of a new Health & Safety Dashboard, click the "Select Filters" button on the right side of the screen.
This will bring up many filtering options allowing you to customize your dashboard. These include selecting your: Incident Category, injury type, date range and rooms applicable.
Once you have finished your filters, click the blue "Save as new Filter" to save your Dashboard as a new filter, or click the 'Save Filter' button if you were editing a currently existing filter.
The second part of the Health & Safety Dashboard is the Alert Buttons: These buttons show you the amount of 'Pending Incidents' and how many 'Review Due Hazard' you have.
Pending Incidents: Incidents that have not yet been reviewed but need to be
Review Due Hazards: Hazards that need to be reviewed urgently as they are overdue for review.
The third part of the Health & Safety Dashboard is the Incidents Bar Graph: This bar graph will show you the amount of Incidents per month for your selected Date Range. The different colours represent the severity of the incident. You can use your mouse pointer over each graph to see more detail.
The forth and final part of the Health & Safety Dashboard regards your Top 10 Hazards over time: This table shows you which Hazards were included in the Incidents for your selected Date Range, and how often and when last the Hazard was included.
As a whole, the Health & Safety Dashboard allows you to view specific Health & Safety information within your business.
