Email Reports can be used in the 1Place system to send information about usage of our system across your sites and franchisees to anyone with an email address.
The format and style of widgets in our Reporting Dashboard is identical to the ones used in our Email Reports.
Email Report features can be found in the Reports section of 1Place, and then clicking 'View Email Schedule'.
There is no limit on the amount of email reports you can have going at one time.
Creating an Email Report
To create a new Email Report, click the green '+ Add Email Report' button and follow the steps below:
- Name your Report
- Enter an Email subject
- Enter in email address(es) in the 'To' field, and the 'CC' and 'BCC' fields as well if applicable
- Select when to run the Report
When to run the Report
Start by selecting either 'hour', 'day', 'week', 'month' or 'year' in the first dropdown.
You will see that based on this first selection, more filter options might appear:
- hour; after selecting this you simply add in the amount of minutes past the hour the Report is sent
- day; after selecting this you simply enter the exact time you want the Report to be sent
- week; after selecting this you will see 2 more dropdowns ('every' and 'day' of the week'). Please discard the 'every' dropdown, and just select the day of the week you want the Report to be sent. Please note that you can only select 1 day. If you require the Report to be sent out on a different day as well, then duplicate your report and create a new Schedule.
- month; after selecting this you will see 2 more dropdowns ('every' and 'day of the month'). When you set it to 'Every', under 'day of the month' you simply select a number (1-31). When you change 'Every' to any of the other options ('the first / second / third / fourth / fifth / last'), the 2nd dropdown changes to a format where you select the actual day (Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday etc).
- year; after selecting this you will see 3 more dropdowns . The first 2 filters work as described above for the 'month'. In the 'every month' dropdown you can select a specific month if required.
