Drafts, Favourites and Settings (App)

Drafts:

You are able to save Incidents, Checklists and Tickets as drafts. If you haven't finished filling in the details of your incident or you go offline, you can save them to your Drafts folder and complete it at a later date. If you are working offline, there will be a diagonal line through the cloud icon at the top of the page. If you try to submit the incident, an error message will pop up and it will save the incident into 'Drafts.' You are able to go into the incident and submit it once you are back online.

When you click on ‘Drafts’' in the top section, you will be able to view all Drafts, which are under three titles (if you have them): 'Drafts Unsubmitted Checklists,' 'Drafts Unsubmitted Tickets' and 'Drafts Unsubmitted Incidents.' Click on the draft that you would like to complete and it will open for you to finish and submit. To delete the draft, click on the rubbish bin icon on the right of the page.

When you have submitted the incident from the Drafts folder, it will remove the ticket from the Drafts folder and add it to the top of the 'Incidents' tab.

Favourites:

Favourites is a feature of the mobile app which allows a user to create a list of 'favourite' submitted checklists. These checklists are accessible from the favourites menu, which is found in the sidebar.

The purpose of the favourites menu is to allow quick access to particular checklists which you are likely to work on frequently, or are intending to come back to in future. It is important to note that you can only have favourite checklists and not favourite drafts or favourite templates.

Only you can see your favourite templates, your list is not shared across your profile.

Adding a checklist to your favourites:

Find an existing checklist you want to add to favourites or start completing a new one.

After you've finished filling out the checklist, tap the submit button in the top right corner.

Check the box labelled 'Keep in Favourites?

To see the checklist in your favourites, select the star 'Favourites' button from the menu which appears when you click the three lines on the right side of the screen, or from the top of the dashboard.

Removing a checklist from your favourites:

From the favourites menu, tap the three dots to the left of the checklist you want to remove, and then tap the icon that.

Settings:

The settings tab can be found in the side menu near the bottom.
