Completing a Checklist (Web)

To complete a checklist on the web click on “Complete Checklist” inside of the Checklist tab. A page will appear with various options.




  1. Assign to: Allows you to assign to the checklist to a Franchisee (Center) or a Site (Room.) 

  2. Franchisee: Allows you to select which specific franchisee this checklist will be assigned to. (If you are assigning this to a site, then you must also choose which site this checklist is assigned to.) 
  3. Template: Allows you to choose which checklist template you will use.

  4. People: Allows the user to select who this checklist is done by.

  5. Checklist Name: Allows the user to choose what they will name their checklist.

  6. Checklist Date: Allows the user to choose when the checklist will be carried out. 


Once you have ensured all of these options have been selected, you may start the checklist. The checklist to be filled out will appear below these options.




Once you have completed the checklist, you may click save or save and stay to ensure your work has been saved (this is on the right hand side).

The add ticket button allows the user to quickly create a ticket related to the checklist:



Once you have completed this checklist process, it will appear in your Checklist Register.
