Checklists are completed by filling out the questions that are displayed. There are a variety of question types and each is designed to make it easy to capture data efficiently.
To access checklists there are two methods:
1. Go to your dashboard and click the Checklists tab. This allows you to see Checklists To Do, Checklists Completed Today and Overdue Checklists for the entire business.
2. Click the three lines at the top of the screen and click the Franchisee (Centers) or Site (Rooms) option. This will take you to a screen where you will be able to select a specific Franchisee or Center to choose. Once you have selected one, this allows you to see Checklists To Do, Checklists Completed Today and Overdue Checklists specific to the Franchisee or Site. (For more detail, follow the Franchisee and Site Tutorials.)
Once you have selected a Franchisee or Site, you will see your Checklists To Do, Checklists Completed Today and Overdue Checklists.
Once you have found the checklist that you wanted to start, click the grey ‘Start’ button next to the desired checklist. Various questions will appear. It is also possible to add photos or comments to any question. This can be done by using the icons to the left of each question. Photos can be taken from the camera directly, or you can add photos that are already saved on your device (this setting option can be disabled).
Checklists are often broken up into groupings, in which case you may see tabs across the top of the screen. You can also tap the 'next' button at the bottom of each page to move across to the next tab.
Saving:
We're using a robust auto-save system which will procedurally save information as it is added to a Checklist in the app.
Because of this, you are unlikely to lose much (if any) information if you close the app or it crashes, because your data gets backed up automatically on your device.
You can observe the autosave process by looking at the top of the screen and seeing the checklist switch between 'Saving' and 'All Changes Saved.'
Once you have completed the checklist, click the Submit button on the top right of the screen.
A pop-up will appear on your screen where you can choose to add the Checklist to your 'Favorites'. Adding to favorites makes it easier to find a previously submitted Checklist because it will appear in the favorites menu. This might come in handy if you have more data to add later on. Once the Checklist has been submitted, you can 'Continue Editing' or proceed to the 'Dashboard.' If you have fully completed your checklist, please ensure you click 'Go To Dashboard' to ensure the completed checklist is saved and registered within your 1Place system.
You can also send a PDF copy of your Checklist via email (you are able to edit the email and recipients before sending). This can be sent to any email address, or we can set it up to pre-populate with specific addresses.
You may search for completed checklists:
On your Dashboard, as well as the list of Scheduled Checklists, you will see a magnifying glass next to “Completed Checklists.” This is where you can search for your checklists.
There is the option to search either a center or a room checklist. If you would like to search all checklists, you can leave it blank and press the Search button. The list of completed checklists is shown beneath the search box.
A summary of the details are displayed under each completed checklist:
Tapping the Checklist name will take you into the Checklist:
The PDF box on the right will take you to a PDF of the report in your browser.:
Your completed checklist will now appear in your completed checklist list, as well as your Checklists Completed Today tab on your dashboards.
