Checklist Settings

Checklist Settings

The are 3 Settings for Checklists in 1Place:
  • Checklist Notification Settings; select when the system should send a reminder to the email address loaded against the Franchisee / Site. The options are 'on the day due', or on 'the 1st and 15th' of each month.
  • Checklist App Settings; allow Users to upload photos from the Photo Gallery on their device. If this Setting is disabled the User can only add photos through the camera option.
  • Overdue Checklists; determine how long a Checklist should sit in the 'Overdue' section of the Checklist Action Dashboard / To Do section (Mobile App).
